用 途：

   适用于制作极细同轴线，绞合线,平行线双层/单层连续中心绕包包带

性能特征：       

    产能高:高转速,生产效率是传统包带机的2.5倍

    张力稳:包带张力自动演算追踪,从满盘到空盘保持恒张力,不须人工调整

    包距准:触摸屏设定重叠率,PLC控制,加减速及正常工作时包带形成点稳定不动

    排线好:收线排位采用轴排式结构，排幅排距任意设定

Taping tension automatic calculation tracking and keep constant from start to end. Needn’t any artificial adjustment.

热熔烘箱 Heating device

移动伸缩式热熔烘烤箱,RKC温控,温度公差:±1℃ Auto flexible type, RKC temperature control, the temperature will controlled within ±1℃

放线型式 Pay-off type

滑块摆杆重锤张力式动力放线,配变频调速,设断线保护功能

Straight line slide rail+Slider heavy hammer tension type power pay-off with Variable frequency speed regulation and set the break line protection function.

收排方式 Traversing

轴排式收线,线材排位过程中无推/拉力损伤,排幅排距根据线材规格任意设定
