一凉皮介绍  凉皮是我国北方黄河中游一带发明的一种民间风味小吃，凉拌、热炒均可。无需用水浸泡，出机即可食用。由于其直接用面水制作，出机即为熟品，比手工面皮筋道、透亮。1斤面粉可做2斤凉皮，加上独特的汤汁勾兑，香料配制秘方，使这种脍炙人口的风味升华为中华名小吃。
