On-line cleaning (Shake well before use)Pour the RC2000 on the surface of Anilox roll.Rotate anilox roll to make the cleaner spread evenly on the anilox roll’s surface.Mtaintain 10 minutes to a few hours according to the anilox roll pollution levels.Then use the machine’s ink supply system to rinse the anilox roll surface with water or alcohol(Don’t use acidic liquid).This process should be repeated weekly to perform in order to avoid clogging of the mesh.2.
