特点： 
  
1、整机采用卡瓶颈悬挂运行工态设计，从而使整线运行功能更加可靠，克服了由于瓶壁薄，瓶高度误差而引起的机器不能正常运转的因素，同时也大大减少了变更件的数量，使更换瓶型时,更加方便快捷。
 
2、引进日本、意大利量新技术，采用重力式定液面灌装原理，灌装速度快，液面控制稳，无滴漏现象。
 
3、弹簧式冲洗钳手，空瓶随轨道自动进行180°翻转，内外二道冲洗，冲瓶效率高。
 
4、采用磁力扭矩式拧盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖功能。拧盖力矩无级可调，具有恒力矩旋封塑盖功能，且不伤盖，封口严密可靠。
 
5、水平回转式气力理盖器，具有不损坏瓶盖表面，料斗内缺盖发信号自动补充盖等功能。
 
6、整机采用PLC电脑程序控制及人机界面触摸屏按钮，具有料缸内液面自动控制，无瓶不灌装，无瓶不加盖功能，并有拨瓶星轮卡瓶错位停机，盖滑槽内缺盖停机等功能。
 
7、采用变频器无级调速，生产能力数字显示，调整极其方便。
 
8、与水接触的零部件均采用SUS304不锈钢材料，主要电器元件采用日本三菱、法国施耐德、欧姆龙公司的产品，气动元件采用意大利康茂胜公司、日本SMC公司等国际知名厂家产品。
 
9、CGFl6／12／6三合一机的功能在以上基础上略有变动。

Usage:The equipment is and used in production of non-soda drink of fruit juice,fruit wine,minerals and pure water in polyester bottles. Washing,filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
 
 
Features:    
1.The bottle-necks are cramped and bottles are suspended during the operation process.This avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body or different highness of bottles. This design also reduce dramatically the required number of changeable parts,make it more convenient and quickly to change to another type of bottles.
 
2.The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design.the gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used.The filling is fast,the amount ofliquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
 
3.Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process.The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
 
4.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.The power of the screw capping can also be fixed,and the caps will not be damaged,the capping is reliable.
 
5.Horizonswirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.
 
6.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human -machine interface.The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.Thefilling and capping willbe stopped automatically when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available,the machine can be stopped automatically.
 
7.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly.The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
 
8.All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless steel The critical electronic components are from Mitsubishi(Japan),Omron,etc.,the pneumatic devices are from Japan and ltaly.
 
9.The function of the CGF16/12/63 in 1 machine is based on the above items,plus a few modifications.
